Become an Eclipse Explorer with the National Park Service
9 a.m.–2 p.m. South Atrium, Level 1
Explore the night skies and eclipsed sun with the National Park Service and find out how to become an Eclipse Explorer Junior Ranger.
Eclipsercise
9 a.m.–2 p.m. in Studios 102 and 103
Families can recreate the movements of the moon and Earth with their bodies to help them understand what is happening during a solar eclipse.
Space Odyssey
Throughout the day, eclipse-themed activities, including NASA’s livestream for those who wish to watch from indoors
Eclipse Crafts and Story Times
9 a.m.–2 p.m. in Discovery Zone
Sun Bouncers
9 a.m.–2 p.m. Southeast Atrium
Use different types of mirrors to reflect the eclipsed sun onto a wall for safe viewing.
A T-Rex Cafe pop up will sell food in the Science Atrium for guests participating in the eclipse viewing.
