Senior Health Resource Fair

The Aurora Central Library and Goldleaf Homecare present a free Senior Health Resource Fair at the Aurora Central Library, 14949 E. Alameda Parkway, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, April 16.

Seniors and adults will receive resources on a variety of topics such as: homecare, medical care, navigating Medicaid and veteran benefits, long term care, senior living options, health, wellness, nutrition and much more. The Senior Health Resource Fair will include also a series of presentations, as follows:

·9 a.m., Rocky Mountain Alzheimer’s Disease Center at the CU Anschutz Medical Campus will be presenting on the disease, research, clinical trials and resources for patients and families.

·11: a.m. Presentation by Arahant Health Services, an organization who treats all facets of behavioral disorders, addictive disorders, dementia, and other psychiatric disorders.

·1 p.m. GoldLeaf Home HealthCare will be presenting on non-medical and medical homecare.

This is a free event open to the public. Registration is not required. There will be coffee and cookies courtesy of Atlanta Bread Co.
