Lace up! Hop, Skip & a Jump Start has the perfect race for every member of the family. With a stroller-friendly 5K, Kid Course, Toddler Trot, an Infant Crawl and a day of activities and nutritious snacks, it’s a great way to show how fun a healthy lifestyle can be.

Schedule of Events:
Day-of registration and Expo begin at 7:30 am
5K – 9 am
Toddler Trot – 10:15 am
Kid Course – 10:35 am
Infant Crawl – 11 am

5K registration fees:
“Wait for Me” Registration – $32 (8/18 – 9/16 closes at 4 pm)
“Just in Time” Day-of Registration – $38 (9/18)

Mini Meet registration fees:
“Wait for Me” Registration – $16 (8/18 – 9/16 closes at 4 pm)
“Just in Time” Day-of Registration – $20 (9/18)

Looking for a great team-building activity? Look no further! 5K teams of 10 or more will receive a 10% discount off their registration. Contact Lisa Andersson for details.

Registration includes:

T-shirt or onesie*
Chip timing (5K only)
Expo & activities
Goody bag
Post-race snacks
Museum admission (including private play in Joy Park before it opens to the public at 10 am)

Race lengths and age recommendations:

5K (Stroller-Friendly!) — (3.1 miles)
Infant Crawl — (10 feet – must still be crawling)
Toddler Trot — (1/8 mile – suggested ages 1-3)
Kid Course — (1/4 mile – suggested ages 4-7)

Medals awarded for the following 5K categories:
Top male/female (ages 19 and older)
Top male/female (ages 13-18)
Top male/female (ages 9-12)
Top male/female (ages 8 and under)
Must register and run the entire 5K to win (no stroller rides will qualify)
