Join DEN Tonight For Film on the Fly: A Free Screening of ‘Top Gun’ on the Plaza
Don’t forget to come out to Denver International Airport’s new open-air plaza TONIGHT for great 80s nostalgia with music, food and a free screening of “Top Gun” after dark!
Tonight’s free event begins with live music from the “New Sensation” 80’s tribute band from 5-9 p.m., followed by the movie screening around sunset. Film on the Fly is presented by DEN in partnership with Alamo Drafthouse Cinema. The first 100 people in attendance will receive a food voucher provided by Alamo Drafthouse Cinema.
You be must be present to receive your voucher and vouchers will be handed out starting at 5 p.m. Additional food and beverages – including popcorn, snow cones, sliders, nachos, candy and a cash bar – will be available for purchase.
Some seating will be available but participants are encouraged to bring their own chair or cushion to ensure a seat. The plaza is pre-security, open to the public and located outside at the foot of the Westin hotel just steps from the new University of Colorado A Line station at DEN (tickets are $9 and good for multiple trips during the same business day), or a short walk from the airport parking garages ($3/hour).
