Colorado: Jorge de la Rosa (8-7) De La Rosa ran into trouble in his last outing with four walks in five innings, but none of his five runs he gave up was earned thanks to a pair of errors. He has not thrown more than five innings in each of his past two starts.

San Francisco: Albert Suarez (3-3) Suarez probably could have lasted longer in his previous start, but he had to be lifted for a pinch-hitter after throwing 88 pitches in five innings. He’s 1-2 with a 5.09 ERA in eight games (five starts) on the road this season.
