Meet Ajean Ryan
Ajean is a contemporary artist who creates mixed media installations by combining everyday objects and illustration to create worlds that reflect the strength in fragility. She currently teaches drawing at Colorado State University, Fort Collins. Swing by during her open studio hours to see her work, pick her brain or even collaborate on an art piece!

*Open studio hours can vary and are subject to change. Ajean will not hold open studio hours on Saturday, October 8, Saturday, October 29, Thursday, November 24 or Saturday, November 26.
What is an Artist-in-Residence?
Every three months we bring in a local professional artist to hold open studio hours and a few workshops. It’s a great chance for families to learn more about the art world and pick up some ideas from the pros!
The artist-in-residence program is open to professional artists working in a variety of media including but not limited to: painting, sculpture, installation, photography, clay, textiles, illustration and digital media.
